This resistance 22365 you are mentioning will be crossed in a jiffy. Just take a look at the Put OI base of Nifty and you will change your view.

Bears are like Kumbakarnan, they have the power to destroy anybody in the battlefield. But most of the time they will be sleeping. So eventually you get few swift bearish moves in a year. But we cannot expect the same thing everytime.
