Price has reached a strong demand zone after a sharp and extended sell-off. The market is showing signs of exhaustion on the downside, followed by a clean bullish reaction from the lows. I expect a corrective move upward as liquidity was swept below the previous low and buyers stepped in with increased volume. My plan is to enter on the retracement with a stop below the recent wick and target the next resistance level.
