1. The Company is shifting its Lending mix of retail and wholesale to a complete retail model.
2. The Company has degrown its book since last 2 years and the process is now reaching its final stage.
3. The Company is now ready for a big growth cycle.
4. The Company is partnering with companies like HDFC, RBL, Central Bank Of India, and many more to make a co-lending asset lite model.
5. Housing Finance in general is a less risky business because the asset worth most of the time is more than the loan provided because of which less NPA and Gross NPA.
