Neo has retraced a little less than 76% from its ATH. With this fact, we can rule out the fact that it was in its wave 4 as Fib rule says it wave 4 retracement cannot retrace more than wave 1 high.
Drawn out is the support and resistance lines for Neo and we can possibly see Wave 3 start soon. By end of November, I can see Neo setting its new ATH.
