Bearish Div on NEO, going down too?

Previous bearish DIV gave the dip.

Now div is not as big but also bearish.
Nota
It went down, and then back up. I think it's a nice moment for re-entry for the short, but note that you must liquidate short as soon as it's profitable. I'm not expecting it to go much lower then 100 since bulls are strong.
