I think we just topped in the bull market cycle and we will be in a 10 year contraction/consolidation. This bull market from 2008-2020 (12 years) looks similar to the market from 1988-2000 (also 12 years).
Technicals aside the market has been pumped with trillions in debt by companies who borrowed money at low interest rates (cheap money) with aggressive stock buy back programs.
Looking at the population demographics we have the Boomers, who hold the majority of the world's wealth entering retirement, and whey will be net sellers.
