Sorry for the noob question. How do you translate this? I understand that low volatility will be followed by high volatility. But what does this mean for the market cap ?

@mildStar80851 Hey, thanks for the question. One way I interpret this is to expect a significant move when volatility starts to expand again. By the way, I gotta point out that reading the HVP alone doesn't reveal the direction.
