2) so continuing from PART 3, that's the blue route
3) the blue route was forecasted w/ "normal volatility"
4) but I don't really think that's the way to go
5) because whatever's coming to get us to 2675 its not normal
6) SO BASE CASE IS YELLOW ROUTE
