Sorry to all my fans I have been overwhelmed with work and I need a couple of weeks off ... but now I have vacation time and I should be fit in a bit.
This is a for meant for the Apex Trader I very much enjoy and is long overdue. Looks like the normal implementation of PSAR in TA-Lib is using no start compared to the Standard that TV delivers thus to make the user more comfortable this tiny change :)

@halon, no need for that since it is just to visualize what apex trade does. You will find plenty or Psars with Alerts.
