This is a very simple modification to the standard Aroon. The normal Aroon measures trends from the high and low of a particular candle, or the wicks. The rounded Aroon here simply uses open and close instead. The benefit of this is that it helps determine a more significant trend as in some cases a wicked candle doesn't give adequate data at times.
