This is a basic ratio between total longs and shorts.
If < 0, there are more shorts than longs. And viceversa.
Good indicator to understand the current price action of BTCUSD

I am updating the script. I think it's better to see that shorts and longs plotted. The ratio is now a histogram. Hope you like it.

First time I post. I was trying to post the PINE CODE only, so you can get that "BTCUSD LONG/SHORT RATIO BITFINEX" chart.
