Buy or Sell? Waiting for breakout

The pair trades with low volatility. Indicator DMI below level 20, Bollinger Bands contraction could give the good oppotunity for the huge movement. Waiting for expansion of Bollinger Bands, and when the price closes outside of bands, there will be a signal for openning deal in the direction of breakout. The indicators MACD and ADX must confirm this movement. The Stop Loss must be placed below/above the middle line of Bollinger Bands (MA20) and Take Profit 1.01310 or just around.
