Is Bitcoin on a suckers rally?

I did miss out on the biggest run of the year but I am in no way convinced this is a bull market, I believe this to be a suckers rally. Coming up on a double top to suck investors in for the next biggest sell off. I am fine with being in cash and if I am wrong with bitcoin I’ll ride the alt wave fore it would be more lucrative. I have been sitting on my hands in this market
