H&S Bull trap near ATH ? BTC greed is close to an all time high

BTC looks to be forming a head and shoulder formation again similar to 2016. I also see people posting on twitter about taking out 50K loans to buy btc near the ATH.
Will we see a repeat of 2016? Only time will tell but I think its high risk to be going long right now.
