Here NOW is we see an increasing Number of OIL Rigs popping up and taking place mag.quintessencemarket.com/oil-global-economy-03-08-2016 . So the question is: Why would you put more Oil rigs into service if you are expecting an oversupply and demand drop VS. Increased Competition?
