If EMA 8 cross EMA 50 we are going down.
After we 've formed a double top, we wait MACD cross south the baseline and continue to decline, EMA 8 cross EMA 50 and rsi decline also. That would signify a price fall incoming!!

It did the other way, broke up the res and continued its short-term upwards movement!Nota
At 4h timeframe we are loosing traction, correction incoming!!
