I Think We Caught A Crab!
FISHING FOR CRABS!
Hello traders! A deep bearish crab reversal pattern completed the D point. The measurements for the X-A-B-C-D met the requirements to validate the pattern. We also see a head and shoulder pattern which is another reversal pattern for extra confirmation... or is it? Crabs are usually the result of a failed Bat pattern and they are my favorite patterns to trade. This is shared for educational purposes, not a trade signal.
Crab patterns are considered volatile and you can expect volatile price action towards, near or at the D point. Good luck to all traders and trade smart, don't gamble.
