The market is on a Bearish trend, so I believe targets will be on the 0.382 retracement of the CD Leg and expecting a continuation of the bearish trend.

On a Weekly time-frame, we have a Bearish Peanant Pattern forming waiting for a break-out.And Daily we have just reversed ranging to the Support of the Peanant Pattern.
So I guess the Cypher Pattern is a short term signal.
