scenario 1: triangle or diametric?
A scenario for gold:
The problem in this scenario is b wave which is very time consuming.For triangles, we do not expect such a timing wave b.Three arms may be considered as diametric pattern arms.
However our trading time is daily.But examining different scenarios in weekly time can be a good guide to trading in daily time.
