Aegerion gave a strong tk cross to the downside along with price and the chikou span closing below a swing low.
The N wave price formula lines slightly above a prior weekly kumo flat top.

The n value gives a prediction of wave d to go to 19.12. While the flat kumo top is at 18.86 on the weekly chart.
Going into the morning I am extremely bearish on this stock.
