Oil did draw 3 nice M shapes, making it super nice to profit from this market heavily and easily.
Once Saudi Arabia was hit with two missiles from southern Yemen, OPEC confirmed production cut, Oil broke above the trend line by 250 pips. After Mr. Powell Nice warm speech : NO worries, I have the button and will keep printing money, no fear, Market did rally as the DOW JONES printed a New ATH on the chart.
That was it, effect was disappeared and profit taking started to hit. Technically the DOW jones need a correction : check my analysis and chart
After this correction, we are going to print a new ATH gain at 34K , another correction then print a new ATH at 36K by August and that is is good for 2021
Oil was a nice story, as oil is pumped on High Pressure across Pipe lines
Little extra about Oil pipelines : They are built according to ASME codes B31.3 mainly , then oil transferred after refinery to be stored in tanks built according to API 650 code.
Between pumping out of the well, and shipping out : There is many codes to be followed and quality system to assure the safety and integrity of the system and the products.
While Engineers and technicians focus on the Mechanical and Chemical parts, in the market we focus on something else !!! How can we make money !!!
