An introduction to Grid Trading on the AUD/NZD 60 Minute Chart

This chart is a little busy, however please note that it was drawn from the big black dotted vertical line. There where no bars past this point at that time. All the information to construct this chart was known the minute the lowest low was confirmed. The validity of this grid was known when the first top was confirmed ( As shown to the left of the black dotted vertical line ).

1.Firstly you must focus your attention on all the vertical lines in this grid, they represent possible projected turning points into the future.

2. Next look at the horizontal lines as they cross the vertical lines as these junctures are very powerful.

3. Thirdly look at the 1/4 angle from the low in brown, pay particular attention of when it crosses the horizontal lines and pitchfork parrallel lines in the yellow circles. these junctures also point out the turns.

Although the pitchfork was drawn later it creates an extra dimension not only on market direction but can be very useful as extra confirmation when closing or opening a position.

There are many other elements to this grid which are at play, but I'll save them for another day. This insight should prove to you that turns can be predicted well in advance of the market which should be very exciting for those new to forecasting. In future I'll post some "Blank Grids" where you can follow the market action as it unfolds within the grid, until then just remember.................
