BANKNIFTY has formed an inverted hammer in daily TF. It is a sign of pause of the the current downside move. Above 33800 it will be a reversal. In case it terminates its low then the current down move will continue.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a candle a 15 Min candle closes below 33120, we will short for the target of 32950 and 32800.
For buying we need to wait for a good close and price action above 33800.In the 1st attempt short from 33800 for the target of 33600 and 33500.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
