Dumb & Dumber go traind (3): Roller coaster?

We were so wrong last time believing we would slowly recover.
Indeed if you remove the spike from march 3rd then you realize it was still slow decay and bleeding.
Further this logic the bleeding can only accelerate and lead to blood in the streets.
Here's a possible interpretation thereof.
