BTC trying to bull flag (inauguration day breakout?)

Bitcoin has been losing volatility and is becoming stuck deep in this bullish pennant. I am personally leading bullish (with a 60K price target), but if we break to the downside things could get bloody (19-23K). Watching closely as we should pick a direction in the next 12-36 hrs
