Possible breakout to the 12200 level
It seems like 
BTC is trying to break out from the descending tunnel. A measured move and the Fibonacci retracements are both pointing to the same direction.
I am not a professional trader. What are your thoughts? I am looking to start a long position after we confirm the breakout
