Neckline broken measured move not met
H&S has been broken for some time now. Macro still in bearish sentiment imo . All eyes on the FOMC meet next week, I believe rate hikes tank this along with the rest of the markets. DOW very bearish weekly monthly ITS READY TO DUMP
