Charts and Predictions Disagree

We have 2 charts plotting sideways trend even though the Stoch predicts a upward turn. This conflict has me thinking of another downward Turn, Supply is very High right now according to GDAX trading, and few are buying I know im not LOL.
My guess is we are going to keep this sideways trend with little curves up and down till something changes in the Market
