The charts never lie !

I just notice that the pitchfork I drew has just broken up in daily time frame. 9100 area played a role as support for now and with the great news (China's decision), price would test 9900 area(yellow line) again as it failed to break the line last time.In conclusion, breaking up of 9900 area can start a massive bullish move again. I highlighted important line in the chart.
