Down Trend Signals on Weakly (Learning)

Hi everyone, I am learning TA and this is what i could read on the graphic. Give me your opinions because I still learning.

Showing signs of a down trend on 1D, 1W charts

Daily
- Low Volume
- RSI, not enough strength to break 70 on 2 tries
- DMI, ADX heading down to 25 and DI+ heading down to cross the DI-

Weakly
- Evening Star
- Decrease on Volume
- DMI , ADX heading to under 25
- MACD, the ema are crossing above, but histogram looks wick
- Ema 50 Support on 37-38
