Following Hourly MA-100 on btc.

Hi :) I've been following the hourly chart and it seems that the MA-100 (in blue) is crossing over the MA-200 (in red). That would mean that the bullish momentum is just starting, isn't? I also see that the over head resistance (the 6.9k 7k line) is a stiff one. I think is going up. Education needed here lol.
