IHS inside the Cup & Handle which is inside a Giant Bull FLAG!!!
Short-Term I'm Bearish down to 8200 (Maybe wicking down a little below 8K but closing above 8200?!) creating right shoulder which will most likely bounce to around 10.8K levels with a few waves in between those levels. We will likely top above 14K+ levels and come down to retest cup & handle neckline before "to the Moon" ... All these is expected within 60 to 120+ days... Not a financial advise but watch these levels to react if you know what your are doing.
