BTC - few sellers but where are the buyers?

Technical:

Since late January BTC has had three lower highs - looks like a bottom may have formed

*however, bullish signs are weak

Market context:

*IMHO there are very few sellers left, hence the bottom. But the buyers have not come back yet when they will BTC enters an uptrend.

Status:

*sideways channel with a bias to the upside
