btc will rock it

Hello guys
BTC formed a descending channel previously, and these few weeks broke up this channel very well.
However, for starting a new bullish trend I believe a strong pattern is essential at the bottom.
From my point of view, It is going to form a head and shoulder and after that break up the neckline.
My recommendation:
1. Watch the neckline line until it is broken.
2. Enter a long position.
3. Close 60% of position on the first target
4. Close 40% position on the second position
