$BTC up to $30K or down to $15K!?!?

Volatility metrics suggest BTC is on the precipice of a 20-30% move which should complete within about 25 days.

Currently, BTC is forming a rising wedge. Price was rejected from the top side of the wedge yesterday, then found support.

If BTC breaks out from this wedge, then I am looking for a move to around 29K-30K (approximately 20-30% move) over the next 25 days or so.

If price breaks down, then I suspect we'll see a move down to $15,000 with continuation down to $13,750 likely.
