Based on the monthly and weekly timeframes, I believe we will break the August low. A consolidation above the 65 level will invalidate shorts, but for now, we are seeing lower highs in a sideways movement.
If the markets react positively to the actual 0.25% rate hike, I expect the opposite reaction to the rhetoric that follows.
