BTC wil rise before it goes down to 30000$

BTC is going to rise to the trend line 40000$ and by that time probably FED will have announced interest rate and it will have a huge effect on crypto.
BTC may go down to the 29380$ probably last dip before it will break the long lasting descending line since it began from 68000$
