D and a broad-based equity decline should sink Crude Oil (below $30?... or $25?...Likely.) without much of an issue.
A 10%-15% production cut is zero competition for a pandemic collapse, followed by a financial collapse. (True,this is no "technical analysis" but neither is rocket science required here.)
