CLOAK long after Binance delist

Hi everyone, this is beyond TA but it seems that CLOAK is heavily oversold after Binance delist, it had some pump/dump activity during recent months so it may be one of the delist reasons. While bags was filled for a long time for around 40% from where the price now groups probably will need to kick back.
