COST is Bearish
Price was in a strong uptrend, however a bearish divergence led to the break of previous higher low and it seems that bears have taken control of the price action. first lower low is printed successfully, and if that is broken we can expect more downside movement as per Dow theory. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
