Looks like crude oil is in complex correction which has crossed 100% and might touch 1.27 (5914) or 1.382 (5593) level and reverse..
Possibilities:
1. It might take support at 5854 level which is 0.786 retracement level from recent low-high
2. It might take a support at lower trend line which is coinciding with 1.27 level.
If sharp move from 5914 or 5593level then it might make to another ATH
