ETHUSD : Is it still bullish or not ?

It went down again and the lower shadow as long as body.
There are two way in the future.
1.
If it can not go up 4383.5 and have short lower shadow, it will be evening star.
Chances are high that price will go down again.
2.
If it go up and make lower shadow longer ,we can look for triangle in 15M or 1H time frame .
