Bullish cypher
ETH has been accumulating in the bounce zone over the weekend and can reverse here off the cypher harmomic
Nota
near term levels are 1612 from here, pullback to 1571 to retest accumulation for higher support, then initial target range is 1650s-1680s. From there it needs to test upper range of consolidation for support (around 1630), if holds target is 1821 by Aug 24th
