This is a speculative H&S reversal but it has touched 0.028 levels a few times to maybe form the neck?
RSI is hitting local oversold levels so a push up does not seem unreasonable?
It is possible BTC will top around the $800 level which would be encouraging for ETH/XBT.
These are my reasons for HOPE but as always the Bears will have a different outlook.
