EURCAD is Bullish
Price was in a strong down trend, however the bullish divergence hinted that bulls are trying to win control, this notion was confirmed by the break of previous lower high and printing of higher high. If price breaks this freshly printed higher high then we can expect a bullish rally as per Dow theory. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
