• EURUSD has dropped 13 pips against the previous day close; hit target set yesterday.
• ↓ 37.7 pips High & Low extreme move, vs. 50 pips of 22 day Average Range.
Strength (0~10) Comparison:
• USD in early session WEAK 4.8 -> 8.0 STRONG of late session
• EUR in early session MEDIUM 4.0 -> 4.8 MEDIUM of late session
Market Focus & Moods:
• AUD/JPY is the star of today. USD/JPY also rises to 7 year high. The market back to normal tomorrow.
I will keep an eye on US Dollar and Commodity Currencies, which one would be stronger.
• Tuesday, morning LDN 7am German Wholesale Prices; 10am EU/DE ZEW Economic Sentiment Index;
Afternoon, 3pm US JOLTs Job Openings;
Next Step:
• Due to US Dollar momentum still there, I expect a test:
- Resistances 1st 1.1563, 2nd 1.1585(strong);
- Support at 1st 1.1547, 2nd 1.1530, 3rd 1.1495(strong);
- Close around 1.1505~ 1.1480 area.
