EURUSD LONG

As you can see from the chart Level 3(area with blue rectangle) has been broken by a strong impulse move to the upside(First Arrow). Then price immediately pulls back down near the level 3 zone, possibly trying to get traders to enter short but then pulls backs from level 3 again(2nd arrow). We may see price head down to the second area and go back up
