Construction is typical but destruction is simple
Soon after Glenmark exited from a descending channel, it fell into a consolidation zone and during that time,
either,
i) accumulate the stock on the each dip
or
ii) Sell the options
Based on the options data, Glenmark may not cross 500 as there is a huge volume of contracts at that level.
That could be the reason why we have seen several ups and downs in the market
Sell when the price reaches the top of the red box and buy when the price reaches the bottom.
Accumulate on each fall.
