There has been a clamor for privatizing the PSU Banks so that corruption in them can be tamed. This call came after several PSU Banks had been involved in deep financial corruption. Now ICICIBank which is a corporate bank is also hit. Mere privatization is not the solution. Abysmally low moral cannot be managed by legal procedures.
