If History repeats itself ICP will likely test the circle if BTC drops and then moon! Looking at mirror analysis of previous chart pattern. IT seemed like it has touched the support twice and flew, this time it has touched once so far and testing the upper resistance if it breaks, I can see if fly, however if it is rejected it is bound to test the support once again and then will most likely fly.
